The Junior League of Kankakee County has been the driving force behind the kinds of initiatives and institutions that make our community a healthier, more vital place to live. We offer many opportunities for participation in our mission to improve the community. As a diverse group of dynamic individuals, we appreciate the interest and willingness of all who want to support our organizational goals. Whether you are donating your time, energy or resources, the Junior League will utilize them fully to better our community.

Mission
We are an organization of women committed to promoting voluntarism, developing the potential of women, and improving communities through the effective action and leadership of trained volunteers. Our purpose is exclusively educational and charitable.

We reach out to women of all races, religions and national origins who demonstrate an interest in and commitment to voluntarism.  All women over the age of 21 are encouraged to join.
